By accessing and using Devpilot ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Devpilot's website, applications, and services. By using our Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Devpilot is a software development and deployment platform that provides tools and services for building, deploying, and scaling applications. Our Service includes, but is not limited to:

Devpilot and its licensors own all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all intellectual property rights. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

6. Subscription and Payment Terms

Some features of the Service may require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

  • Pay all fees associated with your subscription in advance
  • Provide accurate billing information
  • Authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees
  • Understand that fees are non-refundable except as required by law

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Your continued use of the Service after the price change constitutes your agreement to pay the new price.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

7. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that any defects or errors will be corrected.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEVPILOT AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Devpilot and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Any User Content you submit, post, or transmit through the Service

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your account settings.
